James Messinger

James Messinger, CEC has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. James is currently working as the Corporate Director for Culinary Operations at Pyramid Global Hospitality since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Chef - Away From Home at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2019 to 2023. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Vice President for Food & Beverage Services at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. James also has experience working at Darden as the Vice President for Corporate Executive Chef, Development & Operations from 2013 to 2017, and as the Director for Culinary Development in 2013. Before joining Darden, they were the Executive Chef for Catering & Conventions at Walt Disney World from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have entrepreneurship experience as the Corporate Executive Chef and Restaurateur for JAMESS, Inc., Crazy Chefs Caterers, and LOCO tapas & wine bar, from 2000 to 2012. James Messinger has been recognized for their achievements in the culinary industry, including awards such as "Entrepreneur of the Year" and the Catersource ACE Award.

James Messinger, CEC has a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America. James also has an AOS in Culinary Arts from the same institution.
