From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Vice President for Food & Beverage Services at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. James also has experience working at Darden as the Vice President for Corporate Executive Chef, Development & Operations from 2013 to 2017, and as the Director for Culinary Development in 2013. Before joining Darden, they were the Executive Chef for Catering & Conventions at Walt Disney World from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they have entrepreneurship experience as the Corporate Executive Chef and Restaurateur for JAMESS, Inc., Crazy Chefs Caterers, and LOCO tapas & wine bar, from 2000 to 2012. James Messinger has been recognized for their achievements in the culinary industry, including awards such as "Entrepreneur of the Year" and the Catersource ACE Award.
