Marsha Crochiere

Marsha Crochiere currently serves as the Vice President of Translational Medicine and Research at Pyxis Oncology, leading the design and implementation of translational strategies for research and development programs, including the evaluation of the novel antibody-drug-conjugate PYX-201 in clinical trials. Previously, Marsha held positions at Vigeo Therapeutics as Senior Director and Director of Translational Sciences, overseeing the pharmacodynamic investigation of the small peptide inducer VT1021 in oncology. At Karyopharm Therapeutics Inc., Marsha advanced from Scientist to Associate Director of Translational Research, managing biomarker discovery for the XPO1 inhibitor selinexor across multiple clinical trials. Educationally, Marsha earned a PhD in Cell, Molecular, and Developmental Biology from Tufts University and holds a BA in Biology from Smith College, with earlier research roles at notable institutions including the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and Harvard Medical School.
