SVP, Human Resources at QAD

Joining QAD in January 2020, Levett is the SVP & Head of Human Resources. In this role, he oversees the planning, development, implementation, and administration of the company’s human resources strategies and programs, including, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, leadership development, talent management, diversity initiatives, performance management, and employee relations programs. Before his current position, Levett held several other roles within QAD, demonstrating strong career progression. As the Vice President of Global HR Operations & Total Rewards, he provided thought leadership regarding organizational design, people-related strategies and the future of work. Prior to that, Levett was the Director of Global HR Operations, focusing on establishing a Global HR Shared Services organization, improving HR processes, developing an HR technology roadmap, and managing business preparedness and communication for COVID-19. Levett started his journey with ERP in 1995 after leaving Eaton Corporation to join SAP. In his 25 years as an HR professional, he has helped many global companies transform their HR department. He advocates for inclusion and currently serves on the Board of Path to Homeownership, a non-profit dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions and education for disadvantaged families. Outside of work, Levett enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, riding motorcycles, and traveling with his wife, Pia.

Levett holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from The University of Akron and has been an active Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. member for the past 33 years. He served two terms as their Midwestern Assistant Vice President during this time.
