Tomas Couprie began their work experience in 2014 as a Telefonisch Adviseur Levensverzekeringen at Nationale-Nederlanden. Tomas worked in this role from March 2014 to February 2015. In May 2015, Couprie joined Qardio, Inc. as a Customer Experience Manager. From February to May 2015, they served as a Customer Experience Associate at the same company. After that, in March 2016, Couprie was promoted to Head of Customer Experience at Qardio, Inc., where they are currently employed.

Tomas Couprie obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Communication Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012.
