Eleni Ntoulaveri

Eleni Ntoulaveri (PHRi™) currently serves as the Senior Manager of HR Business Partners at Qatar Airways since April 2022, previously holding various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner - Corporate. Prior experience includes Group Learning and Development Manager at ALI BIN ALI and Group Recruiting, Training and Development Manager at Mellon Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed the design and execution of recruitment and development strategies across multiple countries. Earlier roles include Recruiting Officer positions at Citibank International PLC and Médecins Sans Frontières - Greece, as well as Staffing Venue Manager for the Athens 2004 Organising Committee. Eleni holds an MA in Development Studies from the University of Leeds and a BA(Hons) in Politics from London South Bank University, complemented by various certifications in leadership coaching and job evaluation methodologies.
