Ahmed Megahed

Ahmed Megahed is a seasoned DCS/PLC specialist with extensive experience in the petrochemical industry, currently serving at QAPCO since March 2009. In this role, Ahmed is responsible for managing all aspects of PLC, DCS, and advanced automation control systems, overseeing daily maintenance activities, troubleshooting, modifications, and projects. Prior to this, Ahmed worked as an Instrument & Control Systems Engineer at Oriental Petrochemicals Company from October 2006 to March 2009, where responsibility included managing field instruments and control systems along with daily preventive maintenance activities. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Cairo University, completed in July 2006.
