Uri Brecher

Aurelien Nicolas is the Head of Protocol Engineering at [QEDIT](/org/qedit). Aurelien has extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence and project management. Aurelien has also worked as a data architect and security developer.

Aurelien Nicolas completed an engineer's degree in automatic control engineering at ESSTIN.

Aurelien Nicolas works with and Uri Brecher - Backend Engineer. Aurelien Nicolas reports to Pablo Kogan, Director of Engineering.

Emilie Noel is the Head of Recruitment at QEDIT. Emilie joined QEDIT in January 2018 and is leading the People team at QEDIT. 

Emilie has extensive knowledge in the Recruitment space. Prior to joining QEDIT, Emilie was a Senior Recruiter at McKinsey & Company for about 12 years. At McKinsey Emilie was in charge of the full recruiting cycle for Associates, Engagement Managers & Experts. Emilie specializing in hiring for the Digital practice and Women recruiting initiatives.

Emilie is also Co-founder and Partner at Spike. A recruitment agency, with empathy and authenticity, with a team dedicated to answering clients’ needs and candidates’ wishes in the best way possible.

Yael Cabilly is a legal counsel at [QEDIT](/org/qedit). Yael was previously a partner, head of trademarks and e-commerce at Geyra Gassner Kesten | IP Law. Yael has also worked as a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School and as an associate at Eitan Mehulal & Sadot Advocates and Patent Attorneys.

Yael Cabilly is a graduate of [Tel Aviv University](/org/tel-aviv-university) with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Yael also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property Law from Columbia University School of Law.

They work with Pablo Kogan - Director of Engineering, Liad Zohar-Muller - Office Manager, and Samantha Rose Stein - Chief Strategy Officer. Their manager is Jonathan Rouach, Co-founder & CEO.

Jon is a veteran entrepreneur and an accomplished business leader. Prior to launching QEDIT, he co-founded two blockchain companies, the latter of which was sold to Digital Asset Holdings in 2015. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.

Jonathan Rouach

Pablo Kogan is a Director of Engineering at [QEDIT](/org/qedit). Pablo has also worked as a data science engineer at mobius protection systems and a full stack developer at air mail.

Pablo Kogan completed a bachelors degree at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

They are on a team with Samantha Rose Stein - Chief Strategy Officer, Pr. Aviv Zohar - Co-founder & Chief Scientist, and Emilie Noel - Head of Recruiting. Ofir Shavi is a board member at [QEDIT](/org/qedit) and has previously worked for companies such as Secdo, [Guardicore](/org/guardicore), Cyvera, [Jungo](/org/jungo), Transchip, Passave, and more. Ofir has also been a TI Fellow at [Texas Instruments](/org/texas-instruments) and a CTO and Co-founder at Libit Signal Processing. Before that, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Samantha is a seasoned entrepreneur, business advisor and media expert. Prior to joining QEDIT, she was named a Curator, Global Shaper, and Media Leader for the World Economic Forum, and served as the Director of Special Projects at TechCrunch.

Aviv is a leading expert on resilient blockchain consensus schemes and a professor in Computer Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He also serves as a steering committee member and co-organizer of ZKProof.org.

Rick Kaplan is the Operating Partner at MizMaa Ventures. Rick recently retired from 30 years at IBM has joined the Board of Bank Hapoalim. He was the worldwide business development leader for IBM’s Financial Services Unit leading the unit’s acquisition strategy.  Prior, Rick was the IBM Israel Country General Manager and, Chief Trust and Compliance Officer for IBM globally.  Bachelors from Brown, Law degree from Cornell. Rick sits on the boards of Resolution Games, 8e14 and PayKey.

Burt is a cryptographer and technology leader recognized for his role in developing the Public-Key Cryptography Standards (PKCS) while at RSA Laboratories. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Verisign

Justin is an expert in designing highly efficient protocols for zero-knowledge proofs and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Georgetown University.

Dario is an expert in provably-secure cryptographic primitives and serves as an Associate Research Professor at the IMDEA Software Institute.

Pr. Dario Fiore

Prof. Shafi Goldwasser is co-creator of Zero-Knowledge Proof cryptography, the basis of QEDIT’s technology, Zero-Knowledge Blockchain. Prof. Shafi Goldwasser was awarded the 2012 Turing Award, and has twice won the Gödel Prize, recognizing her crucial contribution to modern cryptography.
