Tracy Gee

Tracy Gee is an accomplished human resources executive currently serving as the Chief People Officer at QinetiQ US since October 2025 and also as a Founding Member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering women leaders. With extensive experience in human resources, Tracy has previously held significant roles including Chief People Officer at NACD, Vice President of Human Resources at Raytheon Company, and Human Resources Director at Raytheon Missile Systems. Notable career highlights include overseeing HR and security operations for Raytheon's Global Business Development organization and delivering HR services to Fidelity's Investor Center network. Tracy holds an Advanced Certificate in Organization Development from Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College.
