Colin Annette

Colin Annette serves as Managing Director of Technology Solutions at QinetiQ since December 2019, leading a fast-growing business unit focused on Secure Communications, Secured Navigation, and Sensors within the Cyber & Information division. Prior experience includes founding and directing Tedestra Limited, where Colin drove transformation projects for major clients, and serving in senior roles at Vodafone Global Enterprise and Vodafone Carrier Services, responsible for product development and market strategies. Colin has also held key positions at BT Wholesale, including Director of Service Operations and Director of Regulatory Affairs, where significant contributions were made to service delivery and regulatory strategy. An engineering graduate of Queens University Belfast and MBA holder from London Business School, Colin possesses extensive expertise in telecommunications and technology.
