Juhi Moin

Juhi Moin currently serves as a Scrum Master and Team Coach at Qorvo, Inc., specializing in agile project management for IoT smart home solutions, leveraging Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies for continuous value delivery. Previously at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Juhi held multiple roles including Technical Specialist and Scrum Master, where significant improvements in defect resolution time were achieved through agile adoption. In earlier positions as a Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, Juhi contributed to the development of enterprise networking products and network management systems, also gaining experience as a Software Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Business from IÉSEG School of Management and a Master of Technology in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology. Additional certification in Women's Leadership Development was completed at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
