Logan Pudalov

Logan Pudalov currently serves as the US Practice Lead at Quantum Technology Recruiting Inc. since April 2024, specializing in niche technical staffing and skilled in recruiting both executive leadership and individual contributors. Prior to this role, Logan held positions at Stott and May as Head of Practice (Services & Solutions) and at Harvey Nash, where performance included being the second highest billing recruiter and leading the building of over 30 teams in startups and Fortune 500 companies. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure at AnyLease as Founder & CEO, where Logan launched a real estate technology business that received significant early-stage funding and accolades.
