Erica Colberg

Erica Colberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the People Services Program Manager and Project Manager for the QTS Leadership Development Program at QTS Data Centers since March 2023. Prior to this role, Erica held multiple positions at Aeronautical Systems Inc from July 2018 to February 2023, including Corporate Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Executive Assistant. Erica's career began at Unjury Protein and Opurity Vitamins, where significant contributions were made as Operations Manager and Administrative and Accounting Assistant from October 2007 to July 2018. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Mary Washington, earned between 2003 and 2007.
