Carine Garnerot

Carine Garnerot is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Career Development & Talent Management at Quadient since May 2021, Carine leads global people programs focused on learning, development, and engagement. Prior roles include Head of Learning Innovation & Transformation at Agilent Technologies, where strategic leadership was provided for sales competency programs, and Senior HR Business Partner at Novartis, overseeing talent management and learning strategies. Carine's earlier experience includes positions at GE Energy, Vetoquinol, and L’univers NOZ, where expertise in HR strategy, employee development, and recruitment was cultivated. Carine holds a Master’s degree in Social Innovation & Change Management from the University Robert Shuman.
