Tracey Young

Tracey Young is an experienced logistics professional with over 18 years in the industry, currently serving as a Logistics Supervisor at Quadra Chemicals since 2010. In this role, Tracey oversees hiring and training for the marine logistics team and has made significant contributions, including developing a training plan and managing bulk freight contracts. Previously, Tracey worked as an Operations Team Leader at Delmar International Inc., where responsibilities included team mentorship and process flow management. Early in career, Tracey served as a Customer Service Representative at the Royal Bank of Canada. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from Concordia University, a CCLP designation in Logistics, and a diploma in Marketing from Dawson College.
