Phillip McGilton

Phillip Mcgilton is an experienced professional in the mining and business development sectors, currently serving as Global Business Development Director at Kodiak since July 2025. Prior to this role, Phillip held multiple positions at Warrior Met Coal Inc, including Longwall Manager and Deputy Mine Manager, as well as Longwall Master Mechanic from January 2012 to September 2016. Additionally, Phillip has been a Business Development Manager for Mining (NA) at Quaker Chemical Corporation since September 2016. Phillip is pursuing a Doctor's Degree at Temple University from May 2025 to May 2027 and has also been enrolled at Arizona State University since 2016, along with holding a Master of Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
