Vicki Mealer-Burke

Vicki Mealer-Burke is the VP of Employee Relations and Chief Diversity Officer at Qualcomm. Vicki has been with the company for over six years and has held a variety of positions during their tenure. Vicki was most recently the Vice President and General Manager of Qualcomm Education, Inc.

Qualcomm Education, Inc is a subsidiary of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc that is focused on providing innovative technology solutions for the education sector. During their time as Vice President and General Manager, Vicki was responsible for leading the business development, strategy, strategic partnerships, and operations for the company. Vicki was also instrumental in positioning Qualcomm as an innovative leader in the education sector and acted as a lead spokesperson for the company.

Under Vicki's leadership, Qualcomm Education, Inc secured partnerships with AT&T and Samsung and conducted 3 school product trials with over 500 students. Vicki also successfully reengineered the organizational structure of the company and recruited new engineering personnel. Thanks to Vicki's vision and leadership, Qualcomm Education, Inc is now a thriving business unit within Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.

Vicki Mealer-Burke has a Masters of Arts in Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business.
