Victor Timchenko

Victor Timchenko is an auditor of management systems with experience at Cro Cert in Croatia since March 2008. Victor also works as an auditor at Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd. since January 2008. Additionally, Victor is a docent at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, where Victor is responsible for the Master Degree Program "Management in Sport" and serves as the Head of Quality Centre. Victor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the education sphere from Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.
