VP People Culture at Quality Harvest Foods Corp.

Rachel Nigh, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Rachel currently holds the position of VP, People & Culture at Quality Harvest Foods Corp. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Bulletproof 360, where they were promoted to the role of Sr. Director, Human Resources and led a 100% remote workforce. Rachel also worked as the Head of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Bulletproof 360, supporting a hybrid and remote work environment.

Before their time at Bulletproof 360, Rachel served as the Director of Human Resources at SiteHawk, a Sphera company, where they developed the HR department from scratch and played a key role in HR policies and practices implementation. Rachel also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Sound Physicians, overseeing HR functions for a significant number of employees.

Rachel's earlier experience includes roles at Ricoh USA, Inc. as an Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Rachel was also a Human Resources Generalist at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.

Rachel's career began at Target, where they worked as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions and has contributed to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

Rachel Nigh, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained their BA in English from Rhodes College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to attending Rhodes College, they attended Lyon College from 2004 to 2005, majoring in English. Additionally, Rachel has earned two additional certifications. In December 2014, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In February 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
