Ritu Bhargava

Ritu Bhargava is the current Director at Qualtrics. Prior to their current role, they spent 20 years in various leadership positions in the software engineering industry. Her previous companies include SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Samsung SDS America.

Bhargava’s experience leading quality strategy and execution for the entire Financial Applications product suite at Oracle makes their uniquely qualified for their current role as Director at Qualtrics. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company’s product development and engineering processes.

Bhargava has been instrumental in developing and launching several new products during their tenure at Qualtrics. Most notably, they were responsible for the launch of Qualtrics’s virtual selling suite in 2020. This suite of products was designed to help sales teams adapt to the new remote selling landscape.

Bhargava has a long history of developing innovative solutions that improve the customer experience. Ritu is a thought leader in the software engineering industry, and their work has been featured in several publications, including Salesforce Meetings and Einstein Call Coaching.

Ritu Bhargava has an MBA from the University of Lincoln, where they studied Business Finance & Information Technology. Ritu also holds a degree in Economics & Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women. In addition, they have completed a Disruptive Strategy course with Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School Online.
