Srini Seshadri

Srini Seshadri is the Vice President of North America at Quantiphi. Prior to joining Quantiphi, Srini served as the Segment Leader for Telecom, Media and Technology at Capgemini from January 2020 to October 2020. In this role, Srini was responsible for P&L accountability for the Telecom, Media, and Technology sectors with a portfolio of USD $20MM. Srini successfully grew existing business expanded footprint on numerous technological areas including large-scale digital transformation, advanced analytics, cloud migration & enablement, salesforce, and API development (MuleSoft). Srini was also responsible for executive communication and engagement and provided regular cadence and updates to both internal BUs and senior executives from the clients. Srini effectively managed a large onsite and offshore team of more than 200 individuals and doubled the team growth from 120 individuals in less than a year. Srini successfully conducted quarterly business review (QBR) for better clarity and successful deliverables. Srini effectively partnered with technology partners like Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS, SageMaker, Microsoft, Oracle and SAP for ‘Go to Market’. Srini successfully demonstrated OPEX savings to all clients with key differentiators as a trusted advisor. Srini maintained regular governance with all the key stakeholders.
