Kylie Allen

Kylie Allen is the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Allen is responsible for financial operations and oversees the Finance & Accounting, Tax, Contracts, Compliance, Procurement, and Treasury functions. He has held CFO roles in Aerospace & Defense companies for over 10 years (Culmen International and the U.S. Air Traffic Management subsidiary of Thales Group) and has substantial domestic and international experience in manufacturing and services operations. Mr. Allen has expertise in strategic pricing and contract negotiations, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and working capital optimization. Mr. Allen is a CMA, received an MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance Concentration from Le Moyne College, and has a graduate certificate in Taxation from American University.
