Ray Crocker

Ray Crocker possesses extensive experience in the real estate and construction industries, currently serving as City President - South East and previously as Sr. Vice President of Development at Quarterra Group since November 2012. Prior to this role, Ray held the position of Vice President of Development at Lennar Multifamily Communities from November 2012 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Development Manager at Branch Properties from July 2006 to October 2012 and Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from October 1996 to June 2006. Ray earned a degree in Building Construction and Contracting from Georgia Southern University between 1993 and 1996.
