Allison Baines

Allison Baines is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations and industrial relations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Inland Rail since June 2021, Allison previously held the position of Employee Relations Case Specialist at Woolworths Group for a short tenure from December 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, Allison spent over a decade at Monadelphous in various roles including Principal Industrial Relations Specialist, Senior Industrial Relations Advisor, and Industrial Relations Advisor. Allison also gained valuable experience as an HR Project Advisor at BHP from January 2006 to September 2008.
