Aparna Pai

Aparna Pai has over two decades of experience in human resources and management, currently serving as General Manager of Global HR Shared Services, HR Systems, and Workforce Analytics at Quest Global since October 2010. Prior roles at Quest Global include Senior Manager for Global Talent Management, International Mobility, and Global HR Systems & Solutions, and various managerial positions in HR. Aparna's career began at Mountain Builders as a Project Estimator in 1998, followed by roles in quality assurance and corporate HR at IBS Software Services and MAPS geosystems. Aparna holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
