Kim Eaton is the interim CEO of Quickbase and an Operating Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners, a market-leading investment firm specializing in software, data, and technology investments. She currently serves on the board of Applause Software, Acquia, Dealer Socket, Quickbase, SmartBear, and Tribute Technologies.
Kim was previously CEO of Aptean, leading the successful M&A strategy & execution of seventeen acquisitions, adding substantial revenue and profit growth to the business, along with driving significant improvements in employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Aptean, Kim was the President and General Manager of the Hospitality & Travel business at NCR.
Kim is an active mentor and is involved with several philanthropies, including the Pathbuilders Achieva program, and the Young Men’s Service League. In 2016, Kim was recognized as a Women of the Year finalist by Women in Technology – Atlanta.
