Ashok has spent over 16 years in the medical billing business, managing billing operations, transitions, customer service and solution design, especially with a technology component. His work with very large healthcare organizations and industry leaders has been focussed on designing and delivering high-impact, high-quality solutions.

At Quintessence Ashok is responsible for customer relations, curation of solutions, implementation and customer service. Significant highlights of Ashok’s accomplishments include designing of a complex workflow solution using an interface approach, integrating multiple systems and stakeholders, for one of the largest medical billing companies. The solution reduced time to file from around seven, to less than two days; while its interface facilitated charges being billed out quicker, resulting in faster cash flow.

Ashok is an MBA from Madras Univ. and a cricket aficionado. He dreams of owning his own cricket team in the near future.
