Larissa Armani

Larissa Armani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at QuintoAndar since December 2021, following a role as People Partner & Talent Acquisition Senior Manager. Previously, Larissa held the position of Head of HR in Portugal at Grover, managing a team focused on tech talent acquisition and the establishment of the Lisbon office. Prior experiences include serving as Human Resources Business Partner & HR Manager at Loggi, Tech & Product Recruiter Lead at Dott, and Staffing Programs Specialist for LatAm at Google. Larissa's earlier roles involved marketing and fundraising positions at Intelince, Fundação Estudar, and AIESEC, where skills in communications, sales strategies, and project management were honed. Larissa holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
