Mark Bissell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership. Currently serving as a fractional Chief Customer Officer at Quorum and an advisor at FORA, Mark has previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Veracode and Chief Operating Officer at Jibe, Inc. In addition to these roles, Mark has contributed as a member of Walnut Ventures and has held various senior leadership positions focused on customer success and technical operations. Mark Bissell is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
