David Carlson

David Carlson, PMP, MHR, is an experienced leader in operations and human resources with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at R Marketing Department and Owner of Travel Lusso, a luxury travel agency, David has previously held significant roles at Nivo Solar as Director of Strategic Operations and at Cotiviti as a Senior Continuous Process Improvement Manager. With extensive experience in human resources, including positions as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner and Technical Recruiter at Cotiviti, and roles at Wayfair and ZAGG, Inc., David has developed expertise in process improvement, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. David holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Communication and a related field from the University of Utah.
