Poonam Chhikara

Poonam Chhikara is an accomplished HR professional with over 18 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager - HR at R Systems since October 2010, Poonam specializes in HR program effectiveness, process improvement, and employee relations, supporting managers in complex HR policy applications. Prior to R Systems, Poonam held the position of Assistant General Manager at Espire Infolabs Pvt Ltd, managing comprehensive HR functions including policy formation, performance appraisal, and employee engagement. Poonam's career began at Keane Worldzen as an Associate in IT recruitments. Educational achievements include an MBA in HR & Marketing from the Indian Institute Of Planning & Management, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Sri Aurbindo College, Delhi University.
