Karen Chen

Karen Chen is currently the Chief of Staff at r2c. Prior to this, they were a Business Deveopment & Licensing Associate at Novartis from June 2018 to August 2018. Before that, they were an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School from August 2017 to July 2019, where they majored in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. From July 2014 to June 2017, they worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on Go-to-market strategy and Growth strategy. Karen has also interned at Bank of Singapore and HSBC.

Karen Chen is a business professional who has earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Bachelor of International Business from National Taiwan University, and participated in a business administration and management exchange program at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Karen also has earned certifications from LinkedIn in Google Analytics Essential Training and from Coursera in SQL for Data Science.

They work with Dan Hannibal - Head of Design, Aasim Khan - Head of Sales, and Luke O'Malley - Founder & Head of Product. Their manager is Isaac Evans, CEO.
