Michel van Amstel

Michel van Amstel is a financial professional with extensive experience in financial restructuring and management. Currently serving as a Specialist in Financial Restructuring for Large Corporates at Rabobank since October 2017, Michel has also held roles such as Change Manager in Financial Restructuring & Recovery and completed the Rabo Global Trainee program with rotations in project management and credit approvals. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Account Manager for Commercial Clients at ABN AMRO Bank and significant leadership roles at Study Association Aureus, a prominent faculty association at VU University Amsterdam. Michel holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from VU Amsterdam, a Master of Laws in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from VU Amsterdam, complemented by an exchange semester in South Korea.
