Alba Serrat

Alba Serrat is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in process management and operations within the marketing sector. Since October 2003, Alba has held various roles at RACC, including Senior Process Specialist and Manager of Marketing Operations, focusing on the planning and organization of a telephonic medical assistance platform, operational process definition, interdepartmental coordination, and client follow-up. Prior to RACC, Alba worked as an Actuarial Assistant and Supervisor of Insurance at Winterthur Insurance, where leadership in sales and retention of auto and home insurance was key. Additionally, Alba has experience in technical survey work at Generalitat de Catalunya and database maintenance at Winterthur Insurance.
