Kristin Beene is an experienced leader in client services and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success Onboarding & Training at Radancy since January 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Chief People Officer and the Operations and LMS teams to design and evaluate professional development programs for client service professionals. Kristin's career commenced as Director of Operations at TMP Worldwide, where management of a national team and establishment of standard operating procedures played key roles in optimizing agency performance.
