Rashaud Simmons-Bennett

Rashaud Simmons-Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global customer support and client engagement. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support at Radancy since April 2021, Rashaud previously held the role of Vice President of Global Customer Support. Prior to Radancy, Rashaud was the Escalation Manager for the Americas at MuleSoft, a Salesforce Company, from April 2020 to April 2021. Rashaud's career at TMP Worldwide spanned a decade, with progressive roles including Director of Client Engagement and Director of Product Services & Support. Earlier positions include Account Coordinator at Moxie, Coordinating Producer at Moviecity (LAPTV), Media Coordinator at Turner Broadcasting System, and News Assistant at CNN en Español.
