Clara Lynnerup

Clara Lynnerup is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience encompassing various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Lead at Radiometer since July 2022, Clara oversees the HR Site Danmark team, focusing on labor relations, HR administration, and HR business partnering. Prior to this, Clara held managerial positions at AGC Biologics, spearheading the HR Operations team and acting as HR Business Partner for Manufacturing and Engineering departments. Clara's background includes strategic advisory roles at DI - Dansk Industri, where support was provided for international departments, as well as recruitment and HR coordination positions in organizations such as Sekisui Diagnostics and Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Clara holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School and has engaged in various HR functions since 2004.
