Chief Operating Officer at Radish

Taylor Carlson is the Chief Operating Officer at Radish. Prior to joining Radish, Carlson was the Manager, Content Strategy and Planning, Episode Originals at Pocket Gems from November 2013 to April 2018. In this role, Carlson was responsible for the release of IP titles, coordinating between Story, LiveOps, Business Development and Marketing teams to create and execute release plans. Carlson also oversaw content programming, story staffing, story analytics, and the management of the content pipeline. Additionally, Carlson managed teams of writers, directors, and monetization specialists in the development of original stories and ensured content delivery milestones and dates were met.

Before joining Pocket Gems, Carlson was a Copywriter/Producer at Beyond Pix Studios from September 2012 to May 2014. Prior to Beyond Pix Studios, Carlson was a Research Coordinator at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine from January 2009 to December 2012 where they coordinated multiple studies from design to completion. In this role, Carlson managed study data, data analysis, and intervention implementation. Carlson also recruited and supervised research assistants.

Taylor Carlson studied history as an undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
