Mark Monson

Mark Monson is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in fund management and equity sales. Currently serving as Senior Fund Manager for Raiffeisen Capital Management since April 2007, Monson is the principal fund manager for the Raiffeisen Eurasia Equities Fund and has played a key role in broadening the firm’s focus on emerging markets, particularly in the ASEAN region. Prior to this, Monson held senior positions at Banca del Gottardo in Switzerland and Hong Kong, where responsibilities included managing an Asia Fund and conducting secondary research. Earlier experience at prominent financial institutions such as Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, and Crosby Securities provided Monson with valuable insights into the dynamics of Japanese and Asian markets, laying a solid foundation for a successful career in fund management.
