Rupali Tyagi

Rupali Tyagi is an experienced professional in organization development and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Organisation Development at Rainbow Children's Hospitals since November 2021. In this role, Rupali has successfully established and refined organization development practices, overseeing the design and execution of frameworks related to leadership development, capability building, talent management, and culture transformation. Prior to this, Rupali worked as a Consultant at Capstone People Consulting, where key responsibilities included account management for leadership development interventions, creating learning materials, and supporting not-for-profit initiatives. Rupali also held roles as an Associate Consultant at The A Club, focusing on employee life cycle management and HR operations, and as a Strategist at PeakScale, where strategies were developed to enhance organizational processes and culture. Rupali holds a Master's in Management Studies with a specialization in HR from the University of Mumbai.
