Kristen Anderson

Kristen Anderson boasts extensive experience in educational program management and family literacy initiatives. Currently retired from Raising A Reader, Kristen previously held roles as Sr. Manager of Programs and Affiliate Relations and Manager of School Age Programs. Kristen served as Family Literacy Manager at Grail Family Services, focusing on coordinating family literacy programs for adults and children, and evaluated their effectiveness through data analysis. Prior roles include Literacy Program Director at Child Aid, where Kristen developed literacy programs in rural Guatemala, impacting approximately 7,000 students. Kristen's earlier career includes trade show management and sales roles, demonstrating a strong background in event coordination and client relations. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Elementary Reading from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
