Shadi al Azzeh

Shadi Al Azzeh currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at RAK Properties, overseeing development, construction, contracts, facilities, and community management since April 2025. In addition, Shadi is a co-founder of ARGYLE and previously held the position of Chief Development Officer at Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah) from September 2023 to April 2025. Shadi's extensive career includes various roles at Majid Al Futtaim from April 2012 to October 2023, such as Managing Director - Development and Senior Director of Development, and prior experience at Nakheel and National Contracting & Transport Co. Shadi holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan and a certification in Organizational Leadership from the Majid Al Futtaim Leadership Institute.
