Raken

Nick Rodieck is the current Senior Director of Sales at Raken. Prior to joining Raken, Nick served as the Sales Manager at Certify, Inc. from August 2015 to January 2018. At Certify, Nick was responsible for hiring, managing, and coaching a team of 4 Account Executives. Under Nick's leadership, the team grew to 8 members and achieved a 51% average increase in sales from 2015 to 2016 to 2017. 7 out of 8 members of Nick's team were developed into President's Club members in 2017. In addition to managing their team, Nick also analyzed and leveraged reporting inside Salesforce and InsightSquared to help create a more efficient sales process/buying cycle. As a result of Nick's efforts, Monthly Team Forecasting Accuracy increased from 57% to 70%. Prior to their time at Certify, Nick served as the Director of Business Development at LIA from March 2013 to August 2015 and as an Account Executive at both New Horizons from May 2011 to March 2013 and Profits 4 Purpose from April 2010 to June 2011.

Since Nick Rodieck has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, they are qualified for many jobs. Nick could work in sales, administration, or management.
