Rebecca Welch

As Senior Area Vice President for RAM Partners, Rebecca Welch manages a portfolio containing more than 2,400 units, located in Atlanta and Nashville. Ms. Welch joined RAM Partners in 2001 as a Property Manager, but moved up quickly after a very successful lease-up. Prior to joining RAM Partners, Ms. Welch spent eight years with Post Properties, Inc. a national property management firm. She started in the company’s leasing department, and eventually took on the role of multi-site manager. This included assisting with preparation of properties to be put on the market in Nashville. Prior to joining Post, she spent five years traveling extensively for a sales and marketing company, trouble-shooting challenging markets on a variety of assets ranging in class from “A” to “C”. Ms. Welch is an active member of both the Atlanta Apartment Association and the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. Her work with RAM Partners earned her the title of Area Vice President of the Year in 2003. Welch is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, and she has earned her associate’s degree in Management and Marketing from Kennesaw State University.
