Anika Ohlsen

Anika Ohlsen is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Communications & Marketing for Ramboll in Germany since April 2022, Anika leads initiatives that promote sustainable solutions in engineering and architecture. Prior to this role, Anika held the position of Head of Marketing, Corporate Communications & Digital at Fürstenberg Institut GmbH, focusing on brand building and communication strategies within mental health and leadership. Anika's previous experience includes leading marketing efforts at R&S Cybersecurity gateprotect GmbH, THINK THEATRE LIMITED, Expat Living Publications, and Bauer Media Group, where responsibilities ranged from strategy development to public relations and team management. Anika holds a degree from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and received management trainee education from Bauer Media Group.
