Kathrin Kirkman

Kathrin Kirkman is a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Ramboll since March 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and recruitment. Prior to this role, Kirkman worked at Korn Ferry from April 2018 to January 2023, holding positions including Associate EMEA HR CoE, Professional Search, Associate Recruiter, and Recruitment Coordinator. Kirkman has also gained valuable experience at DSM as an Associate Recruiter EMEA and Recruitment Coordinator EMEA from April 2018 to November 2021, and served as an HR Assistant and HR Administrator at Keepmoat Regeneration from January 2015 to April 2018. Earlier, Kirkman was a Receptionist/Administrator at Keepmoat Group in 2014. Educationally, Kirkman holds a Diploma in Human Resources Practice from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, completed in 2017, and a qualification as a Commercial Correspondent for the English Language from Hamburger Fremdsprachenschule in 1999, following an Abitur from Gymnasium Osterbek in 1995.
