Jonathan Fitz-Enz

Jonathan Fitz-Enz serves as the Executive Director and Chief Security Officer at RAND since March 2024. Prior to this, Fitz-Enz was the Director of Security Divergent Solutions at Jacobs from April 2021 to March 2024, overseeing the National Industrial Security Program for the business line. Fitz-Enz also held the position of Director of Security/ITPSO/Corporate FSO at Raven Aerostar from October 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading the implementation and operations of various security programs. From October 2017 to October 2018, Fitz-Enz worked as a Senior Program/Cyber Security Advisor at ManTech, providing expertise to the DOD SAPCO. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Government Security and Deputy Chief Security Officer at Parsons from January 2012 to January 2017, managing government security programs across multiple facilities. Fitz-Enz holds a Master of Science in Security Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management and Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
