Lucy Brickhill

Lucy Brickhill has extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as COO of FOUNDeRY at Rand Merchant Bank since January 2017 and COO of Derivatives Structuring at Ivy Asset Management SA since August 2015. Prior roles include consulting for investment banks from January 2013 to August 2015, and leading Buy Side Equity Derivatives sales and Structuring at Standard Bank from November 2009 to October 2012. Additionally, Lucy has held positions at Sanlam Capital Markets in market solutions and interest rate derivatives, and started a career as a quantitative analyst at Gensec Bank. Educational qualifications include a Fintech programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2018, a CFA from the CFA Institute obtained between 2003 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honours in Mathematics of Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand, awarded in 2000.
