Elise Martin Davies

Elise Martin Davies is currently the Global Head of External Communications at Randstad, where they lead the external communications strategy for a major global talent company. They have extensive international experience, having previously held roles such as Associate Director at Portland and Senior Communications Manager at VEON, managing reputation and communications strategy for high-profile organizations. Elise started their career as a Consultant at APCO Worldwide and completed a stagiaire position with the European Commission. They hold a BA in Geography from the University of Durham and completed their International Baccalaureate at Sevenoaks School.
