Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah is a Manufacturing Process Engineer II at Rani Therapeutics, specializing in addressing deviations and non-conforming products in injection molding and manufacturing assembly. With experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer I, Harsh has conducted design of experiments and developed processes for custom-made robotic applications while ensuring compliance with GDP/FDA regulations. Previously, Harsh worked as a Process Engineer at GMP Pros, developing manufacturing quality systems for clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, and has held internships at BorgWarner Inc. and Clemson University, where contributions included developing prototypes, energy assessments, and quality management systems. Harsh holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
