Andrey Bukati is the CTO at RapidAPI. Andrey was previously a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Fifth Dimension Ltd from March 2015 to May 2016. Fifth Dimension Ltd is a company specialized in Cyber Intelligence R&D solutions to governments, law enforcement agencies, security and intelligence services and others. Fifth Dimension is a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence deep learning-based intelligence solutions. Fifth Dimension applies deep learning, the most advanced sub-field within machine learning and artificial intelligence, based on how the human brain works.

Before that, they were a Full-Stack Developer at Rollout.io from March 2014 to September 2014. Rollout.io bridges the gap between the mobile developer and their production environemnt, with Rollout.io mobile developers can have code level access to the running application and they can hot-patch, debug, control analytics ,etc insantly with out the need to release a new version.
